摘　　要：目的了解上海市闵行区2009--2012年中小学生超重、肥胖的流行趋势，为制定学生肥胖防治措施提供依据。方法使用2009--2012年闵行区体质健康监测点学校健康体检数据，对所有7～17岁学生利用体质量指数（BMI）筛查标准筛查超重、肥胖，分析不同群体的检出率。结果上海市闵行区2009--2012年学生超重、肥胖的检出率均呈波动下降趋势。2012年学生的超重与肥胖检出率分别为12．04％与9．62％；男、女生超重与肥胖的检出率比值均接近2：1，超重与肥胖检出率的比值也趋于接近1：1；在控制年龄、性别、青春期等因素后，随着年度增加，学生超重和肥胖检出率总体呈现下降趋势（P〈0．01）。结论闵行区学生的超重与肥胖状况总体比较严重。尽管近年来超重与肥胖检出率有所下降，但加强对学生肥胖的防治不容松懈。Objective To analyze overweight and obesity epidemiologic trend in primary and secondary school in Minhang district in Shanghai during 2009-2012, and to provide reference for overweight and obesity prevention and treatment. Methods Made use of physical examination data from healthy monitoring schools in Minhang district from 2009 to 2012, and screened out the overweight and obesity of students aged from 7 years to 17 years via BMI standard and analyzed the different screening rate in different population. Results During the period of 2009 to 2012, screening rate of overweight and obesity of students demonstrated a fluctuated decrease trend. Rate of overweight and obesity in 2012 was 12.04% and 9.62% respectively.Screening rate ratio of boys to girls was close to 2 ： 1, ratio of overweight to obesity was close to 1 ： 1 ; after controlled age, gender and adolescence factors etc., screening rate of overweight and obesity demonstrated a descending trend with years and the difference had a statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The overweight and obesity of students in Minhang district is relative serious, though the screening rate showed a descending trend with years, however, intensified intervention of prevention and treatment should be administrated.
