高频超声对涎腺黏液表皮样癌诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声对涎腺黏液表皮样癌诊断价值。方法回顾性分析24例经手术证实的涎腺黏液表皮样癌的超声特征及临床资料。结果与手术病理结果对照,高频超声对涎腺黏液表皮样癌的诊断符合率为75%(18/24),误诊6例。结论高频彩超对早期发现涎腺黏液表皮样癌具有重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary glands. Method Retrospectively analyzed the sonographic findings and clinical data of 24 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary glands patients proved by surgical operation and pathology. Results The diagnostic rate of ultrasound according with pathologic examination was 75% （18/24） while 6 of them were misdiagnosed. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound has important value in diagnosis of mucoepiderrnoid carcinoma of salivary glands.
