摘　　要：受到市场分割制度情境的影响,中国横向整合企业当前处于同时跟跨国公司和区域企业"两线作战"的竞争格局。本文探讨了企业在"两线作战"之中如何设计组织的协调性,并选择相应的竞争策略组合,从而使企业获得竞争优势、增加绩效;此外,本文还探讨了市场分割对企业竞争行为选择的影响机理。应用内容分析法和二手数据,本文分析了汽车、空调和房地产3个行业的主要上市企业,发现组织协调性在竞争复杂性与绩效之间存在负向调节作用;且市场分割对这一调节作用又进一步构成削弱的影响。本文的结论补充了企业竞争行为及策略组合的分析框架,并在一定程度揭示了制度情境对企业竞争行为的影响机理。Influenced by the market fragmentation(MF) system circumstances, at present, China's horizontal integrating firms are in a"two-line battle"competition both against MNEs and the local firms. In this paper, we have explored how the firms have designed the coordination of organizations in the"two line battle"and how the corresponding combination of the competitive strategy has been selected, thus, making firms obtain the competitive advantage and increase performance. Besides, we have, in this article, investigated the mechanism of the impact of the MF on the selection of firm's competitive behavior. By the use of the method of the content analysis and the second hand data, we have, in this paper, analyzed the main listed firms in the 3 lines, that is, the car industry, the air conditioning industry and the estate industry, and found that the nature of the organizational coordination has negative adjusting function,and that the MF has further formed the weakened effect on this adjusting role. The conclusion of this article has enriched the analysis framework of the behavior of firm's competition and the combination of the strategy, and revealed,in certain degree, the mechanism of the impact of the system circumstance on the behavior of firm's competition.
