摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法以不同化合物为沉淀剂制备CuO/SiO2催化剂,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、低温N2吸附、X射线衍射(XRD)和H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)对催化剂样品进行表征.结果表明,以NaOH为沉淀剂制得的催化剂比表面积较小、孔容低,催化剂中CuO粒径大、分散度较低.以Na2CO3为沉淀剂制备的催化剂孔隙发达,催化剂中CuO粒径小、分散度高.在常压,反应温度220℃,H2与糖醛物质的量比为5∶1,催化剂体积为5 mL,液时空速为2 h-1的反应条件下,糠醛转化率达到94.1%,糠醇的选择性在97%以上.Supported CuO/SiO2 furfural hydrogenation catalysts are prepared by sol-gel methods, and catalyst samples are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature-programmed reduction (TPR). The results show that the catalyst which is prepared with NaOH as precipitant has low specific surface area and pore volume, the large particle size of CuO in catalyst and the low dispersion. While, the catalyst which is prepared with Na2CO3 as precipitant has good pore structure and high specific surface area, the small particle size of CuO and the high dispersion. And for this catalyst, under the condition of atmospheric pres- sure, 220℃, when molar ratio of H2/furfural is 5 : 1, catalyst volume is 5 mL and the liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) is 2h 1, the furfural conversion arrived at 94.1% and the selectivity to furfural alcohol is more than 97 %.
