老年脑肿瘤临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年人脑肿瘤发病的临床病理特点。　 方法　收集了 775例脑肿瘤病例 ,对其中 99例老年病例的临床病理特点进行分析 ,并与老年前期及中青年病例进行比较。　 结果 　老年人的脑膜瘤、淋巴瘤、血管母细胞瘤及转移性肿瘤的发病率高于老年前期和中青年组 (P <0 0 1) ,而其他肿瘤的发病率则低于老年前期和中青年组 (P <0 0 1)。　 结论　老年人脑肿瘤不同于其他年龄 ,他们更容易发生脑膜瘤、淋巴瘤。Objective To investigate the pathological characteristic of the brain tumos in the aged. Methods 755 cases of brain tumor were selected.99 aged cases were compared with the other ones among the 775. Results In the aged,the rates of meningioma,lyphoma,hemangioblastoma and metastasis tumor were higher,and the rates of other brain tumors were lower than the control group. Conclusions In the aged,the brain tumor were different from those of theis younges controls.They suffer from meingioma,lyphoma,hemangioblastoma and metastasis tumor more often.
