摘 要:在非水溶剂中合成了6种标题化合物。用元素分析、IR、1HNMR和LC-MS对其结构进行了表征,同时初步考察了6个化合物的抑菌活性。表征结果显示,不同测试条件下,6个化合物可以酮式和烯醇式异构体方式共存。抑菌活性测定结果表明,6个化合物对受试的4个菌种抑菌活性程度不同,抑菌能力遵循浓度效应。Six novel Schiff bases derived from fnroylpyrazolone and amine compounds have been synthesized in the nonaque- ous solvent. The molecular structures were confirmed by ele- mental analysis, IR, i HNMR and liquid chromatography cou- pled with mass spectrometry. And the antibacterial activities of these six Sehiff bases were also investigated with Oxford cup method. The results indicate that the isomers of six com- pounds exist differently under different testing conditions. The antibacterial activity showed that all six compounds were all resistant to four different bacteria with various degrees, the va- rying trend of antibacterial performance followed the concen- tration effect.
