摘  要:【目的】探讨模拟酸雨对白簕幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。【方法】采用棚内盆栽方法,设置pH值5.6(对照)、4.0、3.0、2.0的模拟酸雨胁迫试验,探讨其对白簕幼苗株高、基径、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、相对叶绿素含量和光响应曲线的影响,采用双曲线修正模型拟合出最大光合速率(Pmax)、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)和表观量子效率(AQE)。【结果】随着酸雨浓度的不断增加,基径、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和Pmax均呈先增后降趋势,在pH 4.0时都达峰值,且显著增加了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量;株高、相对叶绿素含量、LSP、LCP和Rd均逐渐降低;游离脯氨酸和AQE则呈先减后增趋势。pH 2.0的模拟酸雨显著抑制了白簕株高、基径等各形态指标和相对叶绿素含量、Pmax、LCP等一些生理光合指标。【结论】白簕在pH 4.0的轻度酸雨胁迫下能够正常甚至更好地生长发育,只有在pH<3.0的强酸条件下,其正常形态特征及生理活性才受到明显的影响,表明白簕对酸雨胁迫具有较强的耐受力。[Objective] The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of simulated acid rain stress on growth and physiological characteristics in leaves of Acanthopanan trifoliatus (L.) Merr.. [Method] Our study included four treatments of pH 5.6 (control), pH 4.0, pH 3.0 and pH 2.0. The plant height, basal diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein, chlorophyll relative content and light response curve of A. trifoliatus were measured. In addition, hyperbolic model was used to fit the maximum photosynthesis rate (Pmax), light saturation point (LSP), light compensation point (LCP), dark respiration rate (Ra) and the apparent quantum efficiency (AQE). [Results] The base diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, soluble sugar, soluble protein and Pm^x first increased then decreased with in- creasing pH of acid rain. In pH 4.0 treatment, the content of soluble protein, soluble sugar, plant height, and relative chlorophyll content were significantly increased. LSP, LCP and Ra de- creased with increasing concentration of acid rain but proline and AQE first decreased then in- creased. Simulated acid rain of pH 2.0 significantly inhibited the plant height, basal diameter, relative chlorophyll content, P LCP and other photosynthesis index. [Conclusion] A. trifolia- tus seedings grow well under slight stress of pH 4.0 acid rain and the morphological characteristics and physiological activity are affected significantly when the pH value was lower than 3.0,suggesting that A. trifoliatus is tolerant strongly to acid rain stress.
