摘 要:目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、上皮钙黏附素(E-cadherin,E-CD)在肾癌发生发展中的作用和临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SV法检测40例肾癌、20例正常肾组织MMP-9和E-CD的表达情况。结果:肾癌组织MMP-9的表达明显高于正常肾组织、E-CD的表达明显低于正常肾组织(P<0.05);肾癌组织MMP-9、E-CD的表达与肾癌组织学分级和临床分期有关(P<0.05);肾癌组织MMP-9和E-CD的表达呈负相关(r=-0.4024,P<0.01)。结论:MMP-9、E-CD的异常表达可能共同参与肾癌的发生发展和侵袭转移;联合检测MMP-9和E-CD对于评价肾细胞癌的恶性程度、判断其转移潜能和预后具有一定的参考价值。Objective: To investigate the role and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and E-cadhefin (E-CD) in development of renal cell carcinoma.Methods: SV immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and E-CD in 40 cases renal cell carcinoma and 20 cases normal kidney. Results:In renal cell carcinoma, the expression of MMP-9 was obviously higher, while E-CD was obviously lower than normal kidney (P〈 0.05). In renal cell carcinoma, the expression of MMP-9 and E-CD were related to histological differentiation and clinical stage (P 〈 0.05). The expression of MMP-9 and E-CD were negatively correlated in renal cell carcinoma (r=-0.4024, P〈 0.01). expression of MMP-9 and E-CD may participate in carcinogenesis and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. Joint detection of MMP-9 and E-CD has a certain reference value for evaluating the malignant degxee, judging metastatic potentiality and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
