摘 要:目的构建护理本科生临床实践能力评价指标体系,以期为高等护理教育人才培养目标的制定、护理本科生临床实践能力的评价提供指导。方法采用文献检索法、半结构化访谈建立指标体系,通过两轮德尔菲函询对评价体系进行修改。结果构建的评价指标体系包括:8项一级指标(护理程序应用能力、健康教育能力、沟通交流能力、护理文件处理能力、临床管理能力、临床教学能力、科研能力、应急配合能力),43项二级指标、内涵及评价标准。结论本研究运用科学、系统的方法进行指标筛选、权重赋值以及专家积极性、权威性、协调性的量化检验,初步建立了一套科学、合理的护理本科生临床实践能力评价指标体系,但其结果的可靠性有待进一步的实测研究。Objective To construct a nursing undergraduate clinical practice competence evaluation index system,and to create a guideline for nursing talents cultivation and evaluation of the clinical practice competence of nursing undergraduates.Methods The evaluation index system was established through literature review and semi-structured interviews and it was measured by two rounds of Delphi Technique.Results The evaluation index system including 8 level indicators (nursing process application ability,health education ability,communication ability,nursing documents processing ability,clinical management ability,and clinical teaching ability,scientific research ability,emergency handling ability); 43 second-level indicators,connotations and the standard of appraisal.Conclusion The evaluation index system applies scientific method of the indicator screening,weight assignment and the quantitative inspection of enthusiasm,authority and coordination of expert,setting up a set of scientific,logical nursing undergraduate clinical practice competence evaluation index system, while the credibility of the results requires further investigation.
