危重症专科护理人员评判性思维能力现状及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查并分析重庆市116名临床危重症专科护理人员评判性思维能力的现状和相关因素,为将来有针对性地通过临床和继续教育培训提高其评判性思维能力提供依据。方法 2011年10月至2012年4月,便利抽样法选择重庆市辖区内52所医院的116名危重症专科护士,采用评判性思维态度倾向性调查表-中文版(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)进行问卷调查。结果危重症专科护理人员中具有正性评判性思维倾向者为9.48%,无很强的评判性思维倾向者;三级医院的危重症护理人员分析问题能力较强;本科学历的危重症护理人员在寻求真理、分析能力、系统化能力和认知成熟度方面高于中专学历者;主管护师在开放思想、系统化能力、求知欲、认知成熟度方面高于普通护士(均P<0.05)。结论重庆市辖区内危重症护理人员评判性思维能力偏低,护士的工作医院等级、学历和职称对其评判性思维能力有一定的影响,临床需要加强对危重症护理人员评判性思维能力的培训。Objective To survey and analyze the current status and influencing factors of nurses＇ critical thinking ability,and to provide basic evidence to improve nurses＇ critical thinking ability through clinical practices and continued education. Methods By convenience sampling,116 nurses in Intensive Care Units from 52 hospitals in Chongqing were randomly selected and interviewed by critical thinking disposition inventory questionnaire-Chinese version （CTDI-CV）.Results The proportion with positive critical thinking ability of the nurses in Intensive Care Units was accounted for 9.48% and strong critical thinking ability was zero. The nurses worked in Third Grade hospitals had stronger ability to analyze problems. Bachelor degree nurses had stronger ability to seek truth and analyze problems,higher system capacity and cognitive maturity than those accepted Secondary Education.Supervise nurses had higher scores in opening thinking,system capacity,thirst for knowledge and cognitive maturity than ordinary nurses.Conclusion The nurses＇ critical thinking ability of Intensive Care Units in Chongqing was low.Grade of hospital,education degree and position level had some influences on critical thinking ability.The ICU nurses＇ critical thinking ability should be strengthen in clinical practices.
