摘　　要：肿瘤淋巴管血管生成在肿瘤发生及进展中发挥着重要作用。肿瘤转移相关基因1(MTA1)是近年来新发现的一个与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关的基因,既往研究显示,MTA1在肿瘤血管生成、促进肿瘤侵袭及转移中发挥着重要作用,但其在肿瘤淋巴管生成中的作用尚不清楚。该文对MTA1在肿瘤淋巴管血管生成及其促进肿瘤侵袭转移机制的研究进展予以综述。The tumor lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis play an important role in tumorigenesis and its progression. Tumor metastasis associated gene 1 （ MTA1 ） is a gene closely related with tumorigenesis and development discovered in recent years. The previous researches showed that MTA1 played an important role in the tumor angiogenesis,promotion of tumor invasion and metastasis,but its function in tumor lymphangiogen- esis has not been clear. Here is to make a review of the mechanism of MTAI in tumor lymphatic angiogenesis and promotion of tumor invasion and metastasis.
