摘 要:针对塔式太阳能发电中定日镜传动系统存在跟踪精度低、累积误差大等缺点,介绍一种自主研制的含可调侧隙变厚齿轮传动副和双蜗轮精密传动装置两项发明专利的定日镜传动系统。综合考虑齿厚偏差、齿形偏差及各装置偏心误差等因素,通过统计计算方法得出该系统的回差,并与单蜗轮传动系统的回差进行比较得出双蜗轮传动系统能有效降低系统回差。利用高精度角度测量仪器自准直仪对定日镜传动系统的正、反转回差进行实验测试,并对实验数据进行统计学处理,结果与统计计算结果相对一致,表明该系统的回差可控制在1.0′内,能够满足定日镜传动系统回差在0.5 mrad内的要求。This paper proposes a heliostat transmission system with two independently developed patents, including backlash adjustable gear transmission pair with variable tooth thickness and dual worm gear precision transmission devices. The system aims at overcoming the disadvantages of the heliostats transmission system of solar tower power generation, such as low tracking accuracy and big accumulated error. Compared with single worm gear transmission system, the backlash of dual worm gear transmission system obtained by statistical calculation can be efficiently decreased based on comprehensive consideration of tooth thickness deviation, profile deviation and eccentric errors. High accuracy angle-measurement instrument autocollimator are also used to test the backlash of clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Statistics processing are then carried out. The output turns out the same. so that means the system' s maximum backlash can be less than 1.0', can satisfy the requirement that backlash of the heliostat transmission system is less than 0.5 mrad.
