摘　　要：本文综述了中国企业管理研究会2013年年会的学术研讨活动。围绕着这次年会的研讨主题——"文化发展与管理创新",参会代表展开了积极和深入的研讨。本次研讨会形成的重要学术观点包括:(1)文化与现代科技的融合有利于推动传统产业的转型与升级,进而促进区域经济增长;(2)西方的企业文化理论对我国企业管理实践具有重要的指导意义,但存在着"见人不见物"或"重人贬物"的认知倾向,因此,有必要建立具有中国特色的企业文化。在企业文化管理实践方面,中国企业在比较和借鉴成功企业的经验时,有必要准确识别出中外企业文化的共性和差异性,以有效促进中国企业文化建设的理论与实践创新;(3)企业文化是影响企业自主创新能力、战略变革的关键因素。在动态的市场环境下,企业为保持竞争优势和获得更好的战略绩效,需要进行适时的企业战略变革,培育企业家心理资本和重视战略协同创新;(4)在组织人力资源管理方面,为了帮助员工有效地应对工作压力,提高工作热情,企业有必要给予员工支持,并开展有目标性的工作乐趣活动。综合来看,中国文化与企业管理研究呈现出研究视角、研究领域与研究重点多元化的特征。这些研究成果对推动文化产业发展、产业创新政策制定和企业管理实践具有重要的指导作用。This paper summarizes academic research activities for the 2013 Annual Conference of Chinese En- terprise Management Research Association. This academic symposium themed by ＂Culture Development and Man- agement Innovation＂. Participating scholars fully shared their academic points of view about five topics including culture development and economic growth, enterprise culture and management model innovation, strategy manage- ment and technology management innovation, marketing management and business model innovation, organization and human resources management innovation. The important academic perspectives formed by this seminar in- cludes ： First, the integration of culture and the modem technology will help promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, thus contributing to regional economic growth. The integration not only promotes the forma- tion of a number of new industries, but also expands the value space of traditional industry, and promotes the change of traditional industry organization structure and production methods, then drives the traditional industry to upgrade from low to high. Secondly, the western corporate culture theory has an important guiding significance for Chinese enterprise management practices, but there is a cognitive tendency that ＂to see people but not things＂ or ＂to value human factors but ignore the material ones＂, therefore, it is necessary to establish a corporate culture with Chinese charac- teristics. Entrepreneurship of Confucian culture has an important influence on economic growth in China. Confucian euhure includes innovation, cooperation, thrift and self-reliance which are the core of entrepreneurship. When comparing and learning from the experience of successful enterprises, it is necessary for Chinese enterprises to ac- curately identify the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign corporate culture, so as to effectively promote innovation in constructing corporate culture.
