计算机配棉系统的研究现状及发展趋势

摘　　要：探讨计算机配棉系统的研究现状及发展趋势。分析了计算机配棉系统的组成模块及其功能、计算机配棉系统研究现状、计算机配棉的发展历程。分析了纱线质量预测的简易数学模型法、回归分析测试法和神经网络法3种预测方法;介绍了国内外计算机配棉系统的研究情况以及纱线质量预测研究中存在的问题;指出了计算机配棉系统的发展趋势。认为:将计算机技术与纺纱工艺相结合的配棉和纱线质量预测可以大幅度提高纱线质量、降低生产成本;人工智能化、数据规范化和网络化是计算机配棉系统研究和发展的方向。Research status and development trend of computer cotton assorting system were discussed. Information related with computer cotton assorting system was analyzed including the system component modules and functions, re- search status and development history. Three kinds of prediction method of yarn quality model were analyzed including mathematical model method,regression analysis method and neural network method. Research status of computer cotton assorting system at home and abroad was introduced as well as problems existed in yarn quality prediction research. De- velopment trend of computer cotton assorting system was pointed out. It is considered that yarn quality can be improved greatly and production cost can he reduced through computer cotton assorting system and prediction of yarn quality. The research and development direction of computer cotton assorting system is artificial intelligence, data normalization and network.
