摘 要:目的分析评价本院军队离休疗养人员的营养需求与膳食供应。方法参照来本院疗养军队离休人员的身体健康状况和日常疗养生活特点,分析他们的热能与营养素需求特点,并结合他们疗养期间的生活安排,提出合理营养健康的膳食供应原则与实施方法,总结评价实施效果及其对健康疗养的综合影响。结果建立了军队离休疗养人员的膳食供应原则与实施方法,疗养人员营养缺乏和失眠的改善率分别达到97.8%和85.6%,对疗养餐厅服务的满意率达到99.7%。结论膳食供应适合军队离休疗养员的饮食特点和对能量与营养素的需求,提高疗养的保健效果。Objective To study the dietary supplying principle and implementation methods of the military retired personnel in the sanatorium.Methods According to health and living conditions of military retired conva -lescence personnel, the nutrition characteristics were analyzed.Combining with their living arrangements in convalescenceperiod, nutrition and dietary supply principles and methods were proposed for the caterers , and then theeffects were analyzed.Result The dietary supply principle and implementation methods were established of retiredmilitary convalescence personnel.After the dietary supply methods were changed , the rate of malnutrtion and insomniaof nutrition were reduced 97.8%和85.6% respectively, and the satisfaction degree of convalescence restaurantservice was 99.7%.Conclusion Dietary supplying should meet the physical dietary characteristics andenergy and nutrient needs of retired convalescence personnel , which will be benefit to improve their health conditions.
