摘 要:以偶氮二异丁基腈为引发剂,合成N-(4-溴-3,5-二氟苯基)丙烯酰胺(BDPA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸三元共聚物计算机直接制版用成膜树脂。产品共聚物由红外光谱和热重分析进行了表征。考察了聚合温度、引发剂、各单体用量对聚合速率的影响。结果表明,共聚体系的表观活化能为98.4 kJ/mol,聚合速率与引发剂摩尔分数的0.314次方,BDPA摩尔分数的0.864次方,甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩尔分数1.983次方以及甲基丙烯酸摩尔分数0.965次方成正比。甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体摩尔分数对聚合速率有较大的影响。The film - forming resin of terpolymer of N - [ (4 - bromo - 3, 5 - difluorine) phenyl ] acrylamide( BD- PA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and methacrylie acid (MAA) for computer - to - plate was synthesized using azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The resultant copolymers were characterized by FT- IR and the metric analyzer. The effects of reaction temperature, initiator and monomer amount on the polymerization rmalgravi- rates were investigated. The results showed the apparent activation energy of copolymerization system was 98.4 kJ/mol and the copolymerization rate was proportional to the 0. 314 th power of polymerization initiator mole fraction, 0. 864th pow- er of BDPA mole fraction, 1. 983 th power of the methyl methacrylate mole fraction and 0. 965 th power of methyl acrylic mole fraction, respectively. The mole fraction of methacrylate monomers had a greater influence on the poly- merization rate.
