摘 要:目的探讨采用双后外侧融合结合经后路的椎体间融合的三点稳定式脊柱融合术的生物力学基础与应用效果。方法27只三月龄的实验用猪,随机分为三组,分别采用三点稳定式脊柱融合、单纯椎间融合、双后外侧融合三种方法,使用X线平片对实验用猪脊融合效果进行测量。动物分4、8、12周分批处死,将手术的节段取出,检测三种脊柱融合方式的生物力学数据。结果 X线检测下三点稳定式组融合率优于单纯椎间融合组和双后外侧融合组。三点稳定式组抗弯曲力学曲线明显优于单纯椎间融合组及双后外侧融合组。结论采用三点稳定式脊柱融合术进行脊柱融合具有符合脊柱的生理负重特点,具有更好的力学及组织学特性,在融合效果上明显优于单纯椎间融合、双后外侧融合,融合效果满意。Objective To investigate the effect of three point stable spinal fusion technique in animal experiment. Methods 27 pigs (3 months old) were randomly divided into 3 groups, using three point stable spinal fusion, spinal interbody fusion and spinal posterolateral fusion respectively. The effect of spine fusion was measured by X-ray. All pigs were euthanized in 4, 8 and 12 weeks and taken out the fusion spinal segment. The biomechanics characteristics of the fusion spinal segment were test. Results Through the X-ray check, the group which used three-point stable spinal fusion fused was much better than other two groups, and the curve of biomechanics characteristic was superior to other two groups. Conclusions Three-point stable spinal fusion is a better fuse method. It has better performance in conforming to the physiological characteristics.
