摘　　要：宁波市作为国际化的港口城市,跨国公司、外贸公司等涉外企业对于具有国际化视野的会计人才具有很大的需求,同时会计人才培养创新模式滞后不能满足市场需求。所以培养适应经济发展需求的国际化会计人才显得十分迫切。我们要从培养目标、课程设置、培养途径、素质保障等方面思考会计人才的培养。In Ningbo, an international port city, the demand of multi-national corporations,foreign trade companies and the like for international accounting professionals currently exceeds supply. Most modes of training accounting professionals can not meet the market demand for international accountants. Therefore to cultivate good enough international accounting professionals who can promote local economic development seems to be very urgent. The paper has a further discussion of the new mode and strategy of training international accounting professionals from four aspects：accounting program’s training objective,curriculum,training methods and quality control.
