乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗产后阴道炎的疗效及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨应用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗产后阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2011年1月—2013年1月收治的产后阴道炎患者200例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者给予臭氧液治疗,观察组给予乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,治疗周期为10d。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率96.0%,优于对照组总有效率80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未发现不良反应情况。结论乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗产后阴道炎的临床疗效显著,而且安全性较高,治疗后无不良反应,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of Lactobacillus capsule treating postpartum vaginitis.Methods 200 cases of postpartum vaginitis patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was treated with ozone liquid treatment,the observation group was given lactobacillus capsules for treatment,the treatment period was 10d.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of 96.0% in the observation group was better than the total efficiency of 80.0% in the control group,the difference was statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The gurative effect of live Lactobacillus in treatment of postpartum vaginal was capsules significantly,and high security,fewer adverse reactions after treatment,worthy of promotion and application.
