摘  要:目的观察口腔前庭沟切口联合下睑缘外眦小切口治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年2月~2013年5月收治的颧上颌骨复合体骨折患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取口腔前庭沟切VI内固定手术,观察组在此基础上联合下睑缘外眦小切口治疗方法,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者骨质愈合优良率高于对照组、术后并发症发生率低于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论口腔前庭沟切口联合下睑缘外眦小切口治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折不仅临床效果优,而且术后并发症少,既安全又有效,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral vestibular sulcus incision combined with lateral eanthus small incision under the eyelid margin on treating zygomatic maxillary complex fracture.Methods Sixty cases of pa- tients with zygomatic maxillary complex fracture treated in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Oral vestibular sulcus incision fixation treatment was given to the control group,while lateral canthus small incision under the eyelid margin was added to the observation group on the basis of treatment in the control group.The efficacy in both groups was comparatively analyzed.Results The excellent rate of bone healing in the observation group was higher than that of the contol group,and the incidence of postoperative complication was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P〈O.O5).Conelu- sion In the treatment of zygomatic maxillary complex fracture,combination of oral vestibular sulcus incision and lateral canthus small incision under the eyelid margin can obtain satisfactory efficacy and reduce surgical complications,which is safe and effective,and is worthy of further expansion in clinic.
