摘  要:虚拟参考咨询的标准规范是提升咨询服务质量的重要保障,在开放和融合的背景下,建立一套统一、完善的标准规范已引起图书馆界的广泛关注。当前,国外在技术标准、质量评价标准与服务规范方面取得了重大的成果,如协作咨询元数据、数据库格式标准、问题/答案流程处理协议等。相比之下,国内在标准化、规范化进程中存在一定差距和较多问题,图书馆界需从研制技术标准,扩大合作范围,与国际标准接轨,遵循开放、实用等制定原则方面改进和完善虚拟参考咨询的标准化、规范化建设。The standard specification of the virtual reference service is the guarantee which improves the quality of the service, in the open and integrated background, establishing a set of unified and perfect standard specification has already attracted attentions of the library circle.Today, some foreign countries have obtained great achievements in terms of the technical standard, the quality assessment standard and the regulation of the service, such as Question Interchange Profile, KnowledgeBit, Question/Answer Fransaction Protocol, and so on. Compared with foreign countries, the domestic virtual reference service has the certain gap and more problems in the process of the standadization and normalization. The library circle in China should improve and perfect the standardization and normalization construction of the virtual reference service in following aspects: developing the technological standard, extending the size of the cooperation, being in line with the international standard and obeying principles of the openness and the practicality.
