创业者留学经历对中小高科技企业创业活动影响的实证研究  

The Influence of Entrepreneurs' Experience of Studying Aboard on The Entrepreneurial Activities: An Empirical Study of SMEs in High-tech Industry

摘　　要：本研究将留创企业与非留创企业进行对比,试图通过两类高科技企业的比较来评价创业者留学经历在促进中小高科技企业创业方面所发挥的作用。研究结果表明,留创企业与非留创企业在成长性方面没有显著差异,但在创业者特征、组织制度安排、社会化资源利用等方面存在显著差异。创业者留学经历对于其开创事业、跨国资源利用、政府资源利用等方面具有积极作用,但在本土资源利用方面还有很大的改进空间。By comparing the SMEs with an entrepreneur having experience of studying aboard （ ie： oversea returnees enterprises, ORE） with the SMEs without （ie： non-oversea returnees enterprises, NORE）, this article intents to shed light on the influence of entrepreneurs＇ experience of studying aboard oh the entrepreneurial activities of SMEs in higb-teeh industry. After aaalyzing the per- formanee of two different kinds of high-tech enterprises, we obtained the conclusion that there is no significant difference between the growth of ORE and NORE, but there are significant differences in the characteristics of the entrepreneur, the institutional arrangements of organization and the utilizations of social resource in those two kinds of SMEs. Generally speaking, entrepreneurs＇ experience of stud- ying aboard plays a positive role on starting a new business, utilizing multinational resources and government resources, but there still is much room for improvement in the utilization of native resources.
