摘 要:动态能力是企业有目的地创造、拓展或整合资源库的能力,本文旨在分析动态能力对创新绩效的影响。论文从能力的使役主体、使役行为、使役客体三个维度构建动态能力与产品创新的分析框架;建立"动态能力→运作能力→资源组合→创新绩效"的主导逻辑;剖析了创新主体、动态能力、运作能力、创新资源四个层面与创新绩效间的关系逻辑及作用机理;最后,论文通过中国南车2005—2011年间动车组的纵向案例分析,印证相关的研究结论,提出案例的管理启示。Dynamic capabilities are the capacities of a firm to purposefully create, extend and integrate its resources base. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effects of dynamic capabilities on innovation performance. Firstly, an integrative framework of four levels including innovation subjects, dynamic capabilities, operational capabilities, and resource portfolio is constructed according to the ob- jects, behavior and subjects of capabilities. Then, dynamic capabilities are disaggregated into four elements such as sensing, learning, integrating and innovating capabilities and their relationships with innovation are discussed. Lastly, a longitudinal case of CSR's bullet train from 2005 to 2011 is analyzed to test the relevant conclusions. The findings that dynamic capabilities have indirect effects on inno- vation performance by updating operational capabilities and resource portfolio are proposed.
