摘　　要：分析了开关型EP阀的结构组成、工作原理和功能特性,并设计了预控压力控制策略。基于AMESim软件建立了开关型EP阀的仿真模型,分析了制动、缓解电磁阀响应频率和PID死区参数对预控压力的影响,并在此基础上分析了开关型EP阀的动态响应和静态精度。The structure composition,working principles and functional features of the on-off EP valves are analyzed,and the control strategy of pre-control pressure is designed.On the basis of the AMESim software,the simulation model of the on-off EP valves is set up,the effects of the braking,release electromagnetic valve response frequency and the PID dead zone parameters on the precontrol pressure are analyzed,on the basis of which,the dynamic response and static precision of the on-off EP valves are analyzed.
