摘　　要：教育的功能从初始的人才培养、知识传播、服务社会、创新文化等,逐渐走向多元和新颖,教育功能的多样性得到强调和重视,这与教育国家化、终身化、国际化的时代背景密不可分,而这样时代背景下衍生的多元教育功能观,极大地助推了教育管理理念的变革。The initial function of education is personnel training, knowledge dissemination, social services and innovating culture, then gradually go to diversity and innovation, which means people begin to pay attention to the diversity of educational function, which is closely relevant to the background of nationalized education, life-long, and international era, from which the concept derived from diverse educational function greatly boosts the education management concept of change.
