摘　　要：上颌尖牙阻生是临床上常见的错畸形,本文主要介绍上颌尖牙阻生的定义、发病率以及包括根尖片、全颌曲面断层片、CBCT和螺旋CT等影像学诊断,预防性治疗、拔除、自体牙再植以及正畸导萌等治疗方法,以期为临床治疗提供参考。This paper focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of upper impacted canines.Radiograph diagnosis is the most important tool in-cluding panoramic,CT and CBCT.Preventive and interceptive treatment,tooth extraction,self tooth transplantation and orthodontic traction can be used in the treatment.
