公平与效率:我国研究生招生考试改革研究——基于X大学的数据分析

摘　　要：研究生教育作为高等教育的更高层次,其招生入学方式应该追求公平还是重视效率,学者间的看法并不一致。为此,我们运用问卷调查法,对作为直接的利益相关人研究生进行调查,调查发现研究生对目前的招生方式比较满意,但在学科之间存在一定差异。而对流行于欧美大学的申请入学的研究生招生方式支持度不高,这或许反映了大众对研究生招生制度的期盼:公平更胜于效率。As the higher stage of higher education, postgraduate education should pay more attention to fairness or efficiency. There is no consensus among scholars. The result of the questionnaire on postgraduates shows that they are more satisfied with present enrollment ways, despite there are some differences between different disciplines. Not so many postgraduates support the enrollment of application which is more popular in Europe and the United States, which shows that they prefer equity rather than efficiency.
