脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸与平均血小板体积的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的观察脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)与平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)的变化,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法测定96例健康对照者(A组)和229例脑梗死患者(B组)的血清Hcy及MPV水平,根据血清Hcy水平将脑梗死患者分为Hcy未升高脑梗死组(C组)及Hcy升高脑梗死组(D组),对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果四组间血清Hcy、MPV检测水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001),除A组与C组血清Hcy、MPV检测水平差异均无统计学意义外(P均>0.05),其余各组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。B组的血清Hcy与MPV水平呈正相关关系(r=0.558,P<0.001)。结论血清Hcy和MPV水平升高与脑梗死的发生有密切关系,且MPV随着血清Hcy的增高而升高。Objective To observe the change of serum homocysteine（Hcy） and mean platelet volume （MPV） in cerebral infarction patients, and to explore their correlation. Methods 96 healthy controls （A group） and 229 patients with cerebral infarction （B group ） were collected and the levels of serum Hcy and MPV were detected. The patients were divided into cerebral infarction without Hcy raising group （C group） and cerebral infarction with Hcy raising group （D group）. The detection results were analyzed statistically. Results There were all had statistical significance in the differences of Hcy and MPV level among the four groups （Pall〈 0.001 ）. There were all had statistical significance in the differences of Hcy and MPV level between each two groups （Pall〈 0.001 ）, except A group and C group （Pall〉 0.05）. There was positive correlation between Hcy and MPV levels in cerebral infarction patients （r= 0.558, P〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion Serum Hey and MPV levels have close relationship with the occurrence of cerebral infarction, and the level of MPV increasing along with the level of serum Hcy.
