摘 要:目的 评价多巴胺受体1基因(DRD1)与精神分裂症发病风险的关系.方法 以病例-对照研究为基础,按照统一的检索策略在中英文数据库中(中国期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、维普中国科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Web of Science)检索相关文献,对文献进行筛选、评价后得到相关研究的结果数据,应用Stata10.0软件中的meta分析方法计算合并比值比(odds ratios,OR)及95%可信区间(confidence intervals,CI),并进行敏感度分析和发表偏倚的估计.结果 共有10篇文献符合纳入标准,其中rs4532位点9篇,rs5326位点4篇.DRD1基因的rs4532位点与精神分裂症的发生不具有关联性(P>0.05),rs5326位点GA基因型与精神分裂症的发生具有关联性(P=0.001),携带GA基因型者患精神分裂症的风险是携带GG基因型的1.38倍(GA vs GG:OR=1.38,95% CI:1.14 ~ 1.68).结论 DRD1基因的rs5326位点与精神分裂的发生具有关联性.Objective This study was carried out to examine the association between DRD1 gene polymorphism and the risk of schizophrenia. Method Relevant case-control studies were retrieved by Chinese and English database (CNKI, WANFANG, VIP, PubMed and Web of Science) and selected according to established inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis was performed using Stata version 10. 0. The strength of the association was measured by odd ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (confidence intervals, C1). Publication bias and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Results A total of 10 articles were identified and included in the recta-analysis, 9 for rs4532 and 4 for rs5326. No significant association was found between rs4532 locus and schizophrenia (P 〉 0. 05). For rs5326 locus, the GA genotype was associated with schizophrenia (P = 0. 001 ) as a risk factor ( GAvs GG: OR = 1.38, 95% CI: 1. 14 - 1.68). Conclusion DRD1 gene rs5326 locus may be associated with the occurrence of schizophrenia.
