摘　　要：以某三甲医院为研究对象,因病历缺陷导致医疗事故在全院医疗事故占有一定比例,提高病历质量成为降低医疗赔付、提高医疗质量的重要途径。文章运用六西格玛DMAIC方法对病历中的缺陷进行系统地分析与梳理,针对导致缺陷原因,采取了相应的改进措施。结果表明:实施六个月病历缺陷数降低,病历质量控制取得明显效果。This paper takes a grade A class 3 hospital as the object of study. Medical malpractice claims caused by defects in medical record account for a certain proportion,thus,improving the quality of medical record is an important way of lowering medical claim compensation and of improving the quality of medical care. This paper uses the Six Sig- ma DMAIC method to analyze and sort out defects in medical records in a systematic way and take appropriate meas- ures for improvement in view of the cause of defects. The results show that the application of the method reduces the number of defects in medical record in six months and the quality control of medical record achieves remarkable results.
