摘　　要：目的中医药学作为一项复杂的系统工程,其创新发展离不开高质量的传承、吸收和充实。因而,学术流派的创新和发展就显得尤为重要。创新发展学术流派,应着眼传承,立足组织机构,以发展传承为抓手,以建立健全组织机构为载体,在传承和组织载体两个大方面的创新发展中提升学术流派的发展质量。As known to us, traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy,a intricate systemic engineering, can not gain innovative development without high- quality inheriting,absorbing and substantiating. So it is important especially to bring new ideas and development for academic schools. We should pay attention to inherit and establish organizations to develop to academic schools, take the inheritance and development as the starting point,establishing and improving the organization as the carrier,for the high- quality development of the academic schools in inheritance and or- ganizations.
