老年人牙周牙髓联合病变的临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的研究老年人牙周牙髓联合病变的临床特点及治疗体会,提高临床治愈率。方法对本院口腔门诊176例老年人牙周牙髓联合病变的患者分组治疗,试验组105例采用牙周基础治疗加常规根管治疗;对照组71例只采用牙周系统治疗,1年后评价疗效。结果牙周基础治疗加常规根管治疗对老年人牙周牙髓联合病变疗效明显,1年后复查疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年人牙周牙髓联合病变临床表现复杂,诊断明确后,牙周基础治疗加常规根管治疗预后良好,很多老年人患牙能够得以保留。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of elderly periodontal pulp joint pathological changes and treatment experience, improve the clinical cure rate. Methods In our hospital 176 cases of the elderly periodontal dental clinic dental pulp joint lesions treated group, experimental group 105 cases by periodontal basic treatment plus conventional root canal therapy; the control group, 71 cases of only using periodontal treatment system, curative effect evaluation by year＆#39;s end. Results Periodontal basic treatment plus conventional root canal therapy on the elderly periodontal pulp joint disease curative effect obviously, 1 years later review curative effect difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The elderly periodontal clinical complex pulp joint pathological changes, diagnosis after clear, periodontal basic treatment plus routine root canal treatment prognosis is good, a lot of older people suffer from tooth can be retained.
