摘  要:建设大学生素质教育网络平台是应对网络时代冲击、发挥网络集聚优势、推动高校教育教学改革的内在要求。大学生素质教育网络平台应着眼建立系统科学的素质教育内容环境,构建师生共建、网上互动、有效评价的素质教育模式,形成教师主导、学生主体的运行机制体系。实践经验表明,大学生素质教育网络平台要探索素质教育的网络新理念,打造分层分级"一校多站"的网络平台,坚持传统手段与现代技术相融合,不断推动素质教育与时俱进、革故鼎新。The construction of college students' quality education on the internet platform is consequential to the internet era we are in. The furthering of teaching in China's higher education also makes it imperative that we take advantage of the internet for collecting and spreading information. College students' quality education on the internet should emphasize the scientific system and good contents, the concerted efforts and interactions of teachers and students, an effective system of evaluation, with the teacher as the center and the students as the majority of participants. Experience shows that quality education of college students on the internet is an good means to explore new concepts of quality education, to build the hierarchical “one school, multi station” network, to maintain the integration of traditional methods and the new technology, and can constantly promote quality education so as to keep pace with the times.
