摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系教育,是旨在培育社会主义核心价值观而有意识进行的传播活动,可以对大学生的认知、态度或行为产生不同的效果,且还有深浅程度和先后次序的差别。高校思想政治教育主管部门应强化大学生主体参与,坚持传播策划系统运作和传播模式的不断创新原则,这样才有可能取得比较理想的教育传播效果。The Party＆#39;s 18th＆#39;s Congress report stresses that China will work hard to implement the system of socialist core values education, lead social ideological trends, and bring about social consensuses. The Socialist core value system education aims at cultivating and disseminating socialist core values. It has great impact on college students＆#39; cognition, attitudes, and behavior, with differences in the degree and the sequence. University department in charge of ideological and political education should strengthen college students＆#39; participation, emphasize the systematic transmission and continuous innovation in the approaches. On by these means, will it be possible to integrate different forms of education dissemination activities into a continuous and cumulative process of communication effect and to obtain ideal education dissemination effect.
