摘　　要：在分析轴承表面氧化膜形成机理的基础上,通过对比分析,选择了国内先进的表面发黑处理工艺,其表面处理效果与国外产品相当,满足了风力发电机轴承的使用要求和国内外客户的需要。The advanced surface nigrescence treatment technology in domestic was chosen on the basis of analyzing formation mechanism of surface oxide iflm of bearing and making comparison. The effect of surface treatment of it could balance with that of imported products, so that it met the usage requirements on bearing of wind-driven generator and satisifed customers home and abroad.
