高职院校提升学生电子商务创业关键能力的研究

摘　　要：电子商务创业是高职院校就业的新途径。提升高职院校学生电子商务创业的关键能力,有助于提高学生的创业成功率。高职院校要突出创业实战,以"项目导入"培养学生主动学习和工作的能力,以小组合作的方式培养学生人际交流和合作能力,"导师"制个性化指导,培养学生创新和应变能力,实现"理论、实践、创业"三位一体,从而以"创业带动就业",提高高职院校的竞争力。E--commerce entrepreneurship is a way to create employment for higher vocational college students. Improving the key abilities for e-commerce entrepreneurship helps to achieve entrepreneurial success. Higher vocational colleges should integrate the theory, practice and entrepreneurship, cultivate students＂ active learning and working abilities with the introduction of projects, cultivate students＂ interpersonal communication and cooperation abilities with group work, provide personalized guidance with mentors, and cultivate students＂ innovative and adaptive abilities, so as to create more employment opportunities and improve competitiveness.
