高职教育专业结构与地区特色集群经济协调性分析——以宁波市为例

摘　　要：宁波地区产业集群发达,其升级发展对高职教育人才培养提出更高要求。基于对宁波地区高职教育专业结构特点和集群经济特色的深入剖析,构建"GDP-人才培养结构协调发展系数"评价模型,对该地区高职教育专业结构与特色集群经济的协调性作量化分析,提出结合地区集群经济优化高职教育专业结构的若干策略。The industrial clusters in Ningbo developed very quickly, during the process of its upgrading, higher vocational education is required more on personnel training. Based on the in-depth analysis on the characteristics of professional structure of higher vocational education and the features of cluster economy in Ningbo, the evaluation model of ＂coordinat- ed development factor of GDP-personnel training structure＂ is constructed in the paper and the quantitative analysis of the coordination degree of regional higher vocational education structure and characteristics cluster economy is also done. On the basis of that, some measures optimizing professional structure of higher vocational education are raised centering on regional cluster economy.
