基于现代产业融合发展的高职复合人才培养

摘　　要：产业融合带来的是不同产业或同一产业内的不同行业相互交叉、相互渗透,其对人才的需求必然是复合型的。高职院校要主动适应产业结构调整和产业融合的趋势,以培养复合式创新型高技能人才为目标,探索校企"文化育人、复合育人、协同育人"的办学模式,推行"主干专业+拓展专业"的复合型人才培养方案,强化学生综合素质和职业迁移能力的培养。With the industrial integration, the mutual cross and penetration within the different industries or a same indus try occurred, which demands interdisciplinary talents. Higher vocational colleges Should take the initiative to adapt to the trend of industrial structure adjustment and industrial convergence, regard cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative skilled talents as the goal, explore schoolenterprise cooperative education mode through culture, recombination and coordi nation, implement the interdisciplinary talents cultivation scheme of ＂main specialty ＋ broadening specialty＂, and strength en the cultivation of the students＇ comprehensive quality and vocational transfer ability.
