“合并式”职教园区建设模式探究——以北京亦庄职教园区为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着"拼盘式"建设模式的职教园区在运行、管理、保障机制上出现一系列问题,这种模式正在被"合并式"建设模式所代替。这种"合并式"模式的操作路径为:办学定位的整合;组织机构的整合;管理制度的整合;专业群建设的整合;财务和人力资源的整合;文化整合。新模式良好运行的实现条件包括:政府强有力的督导、健全的组织机构、配套资金保障体制的建立等。In recent years, with a series of problems occurred in the operation, management and safeguard mechanism of the ＂platter-type＂ construction mode for vocational education park, the ＂platter-type＂ construction mode is replaced by the ＂merger-type＂ construction mode. The operation paths of ＂merger-type＂ construction mode include： integration of school-running orientation; integration of the organizations; integration of management system; integration of specialty group construction; integration of finance and human resources; cultural integration. The real conditions for the smooth operation of ＂merger-type＂ mode include the government＇s powerful supervision, sound organizations and the construction of matching funds safeguard system, etc.
