摘　　要：骨干高职院校建设计划是一个具有投入大、建设周期长、建设内容广、参与人多、时效性强、成果多等特征的大型综合建设项目。浙江经济职业技术学院在国家骨干高职院校建设中引入现代项目管理理论与方法,其实施教育项目管理主要取决于项目工作的准确定义和分解、矩阵式组织的高效运作及项目管理信息化平台支持。The construction of backbone higher vocational eolleges is a largescale and comprehensive construction project with the characteristics of great input, long cycle, wide construction content, many participants, strong timeliness and abun dant achievements, etc. Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Economics introduced the modern project manage ment theory and methods in the construction of national backbone higher vocational colleges. The implementation of educa tion project management mainly depends on the precise definition and decomposition of project work, the efficient opera tion of matrix organization and the supoort of Droiect management network nlafform.
