摘　　要：黑格尔逻辑学与法哲学、先验哲学与政治哲学之间的关系是黑格尔研究中最深刻的问题之一。黑格尔政治哲学最突出的特色是对政治问题所作的"概念式理解",这种特殊方法预设了黑格尔先验哲学与其政治哲学之间的内在一致性,具体表现在:黑格尔逻辑学所揭示的"精神高于自然"、"普遍性高于特殊性"以及"概念与实在的同一性"诸原则,构成了黑格尔在法哲学中所展开的个人权利批判、市民社会批判和对政治的伦理性理解的理论基础。The relationship between Hegelian logic and philosophy, ranscendental philosophy and political philosophy is one of the most profound questions in the study of Hegel. The concep- tual understanding on the political issues is the most prominent feature of Hegelian political phi- losophy. This special method presupposed the internal consistency between Hegel＇s transcenden- tal philosophy and political philosophy,which embodied in the spirit overtop the nature, the uni- versality exceed the particularity and the identity of concept and reality in Hegelian logic, and it constituted the theoretical basis of critique of individual right, critique of civil society and the ethical understanding on the politics of the philosophy of right.
