摘  要:应用非织造布包装山楂制作袋泡剂,对袋泡剂进行浸泡,并与未包装的对照组进行比较,研究非织造布包装山楂袋泡剂的浸泡效果。结果表明:通过正交实验得到的包装组的浸出率均高于无包装组;最优组合为A3B3C3,即浸泡水量为400 mL、浸泡温度为95℃、浸泡时间为30 min;浸泡时间对浸泡效果的影响最为显著;在最优的A3B3工艺条件下进行浸泡,浸泡过程中包装组水溶性浸出物的累积浸出率明显高于无包装组;包装组在30 min后累积浸出率趋于平稳,而无包装组的累积浸出率在50 min后才趋于平稳。因此,非织造布用作山楂袋泡剂的包装材料是可行的,且浸泡效果优于无包装的情况。By soaking the hawthorn packed in a non-woven pouch and the contrast group without package, the extraction efficiency was researched. The extract yield of packed group was higher than that of the contrast. The best combination was A3B3C3, namely, water 400 mL, soaking temperature 95 ℃ and soaking time 30 rain. The soaking time had the greatest effect on the extract yield. Under the soaking condition of A3 B3 , the cumulative extraction rate of the packed group was significantly higher than that of the contrast. The cumulative extraction rate of the packed group was levelling off in 30 min, while that of the contrast was levelling off in 50 rain. Thus, the extraction efficiency of hawthorn packed in the nonwoven pouch was better than that of the contrast group without package, showing the feasibility of non- wovens being manufactured as pouches for packing the hawthorn.
