摘  要:本试验主要对吉林省不同地区玉米秸秆的营养物质含量进行了测定和讨论。在敦化、公主岭、乾安三个地区采集收获籽实后的玉米秸秆为试验样品,进行常规营养成分测定,并对其中的纤维成分进行了分析。结果表明,不同地区玉米秸秆的营养成分含量具有差别。公主岭秸秆的粗蛋白显著高于乾安(P<0.05),粗灰分含量显著高于敦化和乾安(P<0.05),乾安无氮浸出物的含量显著高于公主岭(P<0.05),敦化的纤维成分含量高于公主岭和乾安,未达到差异显著水平。相关性分析结果表明,NDF与OCW、ADF与Ob之间分别存在高度的正相关(R2=0.9215、R2=0.8558)。The experiment was conducted to analyze nutrition constituent of cornstalk for different origin in Jilin. The nutrient content of cornstalks which were collected from Dunhua, Gongzhuling and Qianan, were determined. The results showed that content of crude protein(CP) in Gongzhuling was higher than that of Qianan(P〈0.05), and the content of crude ash (ash) of Gongzhuling was higher than that of Qianan and Dunhua(P〈0.05). The content of nitrogen free extract (NFE) was higher than that of Gongzhuling and Qianan(P〈0.05). The content of fiber compontents in Dunhua was a little higher than that in Gongzhuling and Qianan. Regional difference of nutrition constituent in cornstalk existed. The results of the correlation analysis showed there were high positive correlations between NDF and OCW, ADF and Ob (R^2=0.9215, R^2=0.8558).
