摘　　要：针对我国红枣干燥机缺乏有效机型的现状,研制出了一种循环式红枣干燥机。并介绍了循环式红枣干燥机的结构组成、干燥原理、干燥工艺、主要技术参数和主要特点等。Traditional natural drying of Chinese jujube can not satisfy the increasing yield of Chinese jujube .In view of the situation that Chinese jujube dryer is short of effective models currently ,a circulating dryer for Chinese jujube is developed .The paper introduced the structural composition ,principle of drying ,drying process ,main technical parameters ,main features of the circulating dryer .
