摘 要:目的:研究了用^60Co-γ射线辐照杭白菊杀茵效果及对功能成份和指纹图谱的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行定量分析和指纹图谱研究,并进行卫生学检查。结果:结果表明,杀菌效果随着辐照剂量的增加而显著增加,杂茵和霉菌的D10值分别为3.71key和3.75kCy。绿原酸含量和指纹图谱相似度随辐照剂量的增加而下降。结论:根据杀茵效果和功能成分因素综合考虑,认为杭白菊的辐照杀菌有效剂量以3.0~5.0kCy为宜。辐照灭茵后的杭白菊有较好的耐贮藏性,保质期延长。Objective : The E effect of ^60Co-γ ray irradiation on sterilization and the function components and finger- print in of Flos Chrysanthemi was investigated. Methods : The content determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Chrysanthe- mi and fingerprint by HPLC and health were checktested. Results : It showed that sterilization effect increases increased sig- nificantly with the increasing irradiation dose. The D~ value forbaeteria and moulds were 3.71 kGy and 3.75 kGy, respec- tively. The contents of ehlomgenic acid and fingerprint similarity decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. Conclu- sion: Based on the data of sterilization and product quality,3 - 5 kGy irradiation is recommended for Flos Chrysanthemisterilization. The Flos Chrysanthemi after irradiative sterilization has a better storage property, and thus enhancing the quality guarantee period of the fermented powder.
