蜂胶胃三联与左金丸预防实验性胃溃疡的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对比观察蜂胶胃三联及左金丸对实验性胃溃疡指数影响,探索二者预防实验性胃溃疡的发生是否存在差异。方法:采用利血平诱导、无水乙醇灌服、幽门结扎三种方法分别制作实验性胃溃疡模型,设置同等生药浓度的蜂胶胃三联组及左金丸组作为给药组,对比观察二者对大、小鼠胃溃疡指数的影响。结果:蜂胶胃三联及左金丸均能有效预防3种实验性胃溃疡的发生,且二者对降低动物溃疡指数差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶胃三联对各模型实验性胃溃疡的预防作用明显优于左金丸。Objective ： By comparing effects of Propolis - Gastric - Triad （ P - G - T） and Zuojin Pill on the gastric ul- cer indexes, to exploare whether there is a difference between the two. Method ： Animal models were made respectively by reserpine, anhydrous ethanol gavage or pyloric ligation. The same concentration of P - G - T and Zuojin Pill were as the drug group. Comparison of the effects of the two groups on the gastric ulcer index was carried out. Results ： P - G - T and Zuojin Pill can effectively prevent the occurrence of the experimental gastric ulcer. P - G - T and Zuojin Pill had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： P - G - T on the preventive effects of the experimental gastric ulcer is better than Zuojin Pill.
