健脾化湿法对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CEA、CYFRA21-1及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾化湿法对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能,血清CEA、CYFRA21-1水平以及化疗不良反应的影响。方法:62例确诊为Ⅲa、Ⅲb、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(化疗+中药)32例、对照组(单纯化疗组)30例,均采用NP方案化疗2个疗程,治疗组在化疗同时口服健脾化湿功效之中药抗瘤增效方。结果:健脾化湿法配合化疗可减轻化疗时血液和消化系统不良反应,提高机体免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物CEA、CYFRA21-1的水平。结论:健脾化湿法与化疗合用具有减毒增效作用,是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效方法之一。Objective ：To observe the influence of CEA,CYFRA21 - 1 and immunological function in advanced non - small -cell lung cancer patients treated with intervention of invigorating spleen to resolve dampness method. Method：62 patients diagnosed as non - small - cell lung cancer of Ⅲa、Ⅲb and Ⅳ stages were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 32） and control group （ n = 30）. Both groups were treated with two periods of chemotherapy treatment （ NP regi- men） ,while the treatment group treated by chemotherapy combined with invigorating spleen to resolve dampness method. Result： After two periods of treatment, the toxicity occurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than that in the control one. The immune parameters （ NK, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 ） , the tumor mark （ CEA, CYFRA21 - 1 ） were all significantly improved in the treatment group, better than those in the control one. Conclusion：Invigorating spleen to resolve dampness method has a significant effect on improvement of the quality of life and immunological function of advanced lung cancer.
