达力通颗粒联合泮托拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨达力通颗粒联合泮托拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎患者的临床疗效性和安全性。方法:选择2012年5月—2013年4月我院收治的76例老年反流性食管炎患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组给予泮托拉唑钠肠溶片口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予中成药达力通颗粒治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗后两组患者症状疗效和内镜下食管改善情况,并对不良反应发生情况进行分析。结果:在临床症状方面,治疗后,两组临床症状积分无明显差异(P>0.05),而观察组总有效率为92.1%,明显低于对照组68.4%,差异具有显著性(P>0.05);观察组疗程结束后内镜下改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P>0.05);两组患者不良反应均较轻微,无明显差异。结论:达力通颗粒联合泮托拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎患者,能够有效改善临床症状和内镜下食管情况,疗效确切,安全性较稳定,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dalitong Granule combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis： Methods ：76 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis from May 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected as observation objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group. Control group were given pantoprazole sodium enteric -coated tablets orally, while observation group given Dalitong Granule on the basis of control group. The course was 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms improvement and endoscopic esophagus situation of two groups were observed after treatment, and the occurrence of ad- verse reaction was analyzed. Results ： In the clinical symptoms after the treatment, there was no significant difference be- tween the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The total effective ra of observation group was 92. 1% , significantly lower than 68.4% in control group, and the difference was significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, endoscopic esophagus situation in observation group was improved significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〉 0.05）. The adverse reactions of two groups were mild and there was no obvious difference. Conclusion ： Dalitong Granule combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and endoscopic situation. It is safe and stable and worthy＇ of clinical application.
