摘　　要：目的：研究杜仲叶中的环烯醚萜类成分.方法：采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定环烯醚萜类化合物的结构.结果：从杜仲叶中分离纯化了9个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别鉴定为：车叶草苷（1）、交让木苷（2）、鸡屎藤苷甲酯（3）、马钱素（4）、8-表马钱素（5）、7-表马钱素（6）、去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯（7）、京尼平苷（8）、京尼平苷酸（9）.结论：其中,化合物2～7为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4～6为首次从该属植物中分离得到.Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents of iridoids from Eucommiae Folium. Methods：The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatography, the structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results：Nine iridoids were isolated and identified as asperuloside （I）, daphylloside （2）, scandoside methyl ester（3 ）, loganin（4） ,8-epi-loganin （ 5 ）, 7-epi-loganiu （ 6 ）, deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester （ 7 ）, geniposide （ 8 ） and geuiposidic acid （9）. Conclusion：Compounds 2 -7 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 4 -6 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
