摘  要:在固定床反应器中,研究了不同氢碳比、水蒸气加入量以及压力条件下,工业合成甲烷催化剂Ni-MgOAl2O3的积碳情况,结果表明:在以模拟焦炉气(氢碳比5.0)为原料气,压力2.0 MPa,水蒸气加入量10%的工艺条件下镍基催化剂性能更稳定。The effects of process conditions such as hydrogen carbon ratio,reaction pressure and the amount of water vapor on carbon deposition during the process for synthesizing Ni-MgO-Al2O3 were investigated in the fixed bed reactor with practical condition.Experimental results showed that the performance of nickel-based catalyst is more stable under conditions of simulate coke oven gas(ratio of hydrogen to carbon is 5.0) as raw material,the amount of water vapor of 10% and reaction pressure of 2.0 MPa.
